Recipe File: Screaming Eagle Cocktail

D.C. UNITED'S SCREAMING EAGLES fan club tailgates with Miller Lite or kegs of domestic beer, but you can take the drinks to a new level with this brew cocktail Rachel Sergi of Againn (1099 New York Ave. NW; 202-639-9830) created in the team's colors, black and red.

Ingredients:
» 1 1/2 oz. silver tequila
» 1 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
» 1/2 oz. agave nectar or simple syrup
» 1 oz. cranberry juice
» 1/2 oz. Combier/Cointreau or triple
» 2 oz. Guinness

Pour all ingredients except Guinness into a mixing glass. Shake, then strain into an ice-filled cup; top with Guinness.
